Marriage Licenses:
Marriage licenses can be obtained from the Clerk of the Orphans’ Court for a fee of $25. Licenses are valid for sixty (60) days and Pennsylvania law requires a three (3) day waiting period. Both parties are required to appear in person for the issuance of a marriage license.
