Pennsylvania Title Insurance Quote
Are you getting ready to purchase or refinance property in Lower Merion County, PA? If so, you need to make sure that you have title insurance. If you do not have title insurance when you reach the settlement table, your real estate transaction could be canceled.
Far too often, homeowners and home buyers will automatically go with the title insurance company that their lender or real estate agent provides for them. Under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), you have the right to select your title insurance provider. We even have a real estate attorney in our office who will take a look at your title insurance and mortgage documents on your behalf, at no additional cost!
You need to think carefully about which title insurance company is right for your needs, and we can lean on our network to help you find the right policy for you and your family. Because we are not affiliated with a bank or real estate agent, we are truly independent. We do not have any conflicts of interest, and our only goal is to provide you with the right title insurance policy for your property. If you would like to learn more about how we can help you, contact us today!
